Position: Systems Analyst

Looking for an experienced application systems analyst. A systems analyst should have a strong technical background in developing applications using Oracle tools. Sound knowledge of Oracle applications, Rel 11i/12i tables, design and integration. Candidates should have worked on one or more of these i.e. customizations, interfaces, data conversion, upgrades or production support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing, estimating, coding and testing complex programs. 
• Preparing detailed specifications for programs.
  
• Solving existing system's logic difficulties as required.
• Interacting with clients and maintenance/development teams.
• Participating in multiple assignments at the same time.

Ideal candidate will have the following skills:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science
• Formal training or education in the leading software like Oracle, C
  
• 3 + years of experience in systems analysis and development
• Experience in Oracle 11i/12i modules i.e. Accounts Payable, Project Accounting and others
  
• Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, SQL Tuning, Performance
  
• Oracle 9i Forms and Reports
  
• Testing experience
  
• Experience in working in a team oriented, collaborative environment.

Position: System Architect
Position ID: USASK011

A system architect is competent to work on the most complex projects and applies an in-depth knowledg eof systems analysis, concepts, practices and procedures. A system architect also provides functional and technical expertise to formulate computer system scope and objectives, devises or modifies procedures to solve problems using information systems. This person will also prepare detailed specifications from which programs are written, and the functional design against which computer programs can be coded, tested, debugged and documented.

Responsibilities:

• Provide thought leadership in the development and governance of standards and guildelines around all aspects of system architecture.
• Design system, provide interpretive analysis, prepare flowcharts and associated diagrams/enhancement plans.
• Formulate recommendations on alternative approaches to realize desired functionalities and/or enhancements and desired levels of performance. Perform feasibility studies, life cycle analysis and/or cost/benefit analysis.
  
• Develop or modify business systems in response to system support or enhancement requests, which may involve project leadership responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering.
  
• Possess advanced problem solving skills, analytical and design skills, and business acumen.
  
• Experience in business system development and integration, including analysis, design, development and implementation of ERP applications and data models.
  
• In depth expertise in one or more of the following areas: web services and SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), Microsoft .NET architecture, SOAP, Java, Visual Studio, .NET, C#.
• Strong communication, organizational and follow-through skills a must

Position: Project Manager

A project manager is responsible for successful delivery of ERP and eBusiness applications. The project manager also provides hands-on leadership & direction to the team as well as manages client relationships. He/She will also be heavily involved in business case development and performance measurement.

Responsibilities:

• Leading a team or team(s) in an ERP solution implementation based on Oracle or SAP
  
• Overall architecture, estimation, planning and managing multiple ERP implementations.
