Internship Program

We have an exciting and innovative internship program for students pursuing degrees in a variety of different areas. We're looking for students pursuing degrees in computer science or closely related areas who love to problem-solve, code, and design. We're also looking for talented students, undergrads and MBAs interested in advertising, business development, sales, marketing, and product management. You don't need to know how to code to make a contribution.

What we offer

Opportunities within Engineering:

    * Building and managing large scale business applications using the latest technologies and best practices. Building applications involves going through the software development life cycle (SDLC).
    * Testing, validation and verification of software applications.
    * Project management of small and large scale projects.
    * Program management and client engagement management for successful program and project delivery.
    * Web site design and development. This involves internet, intranet, portals, ecommerce development.

Opportunities within Business Operations, Sales & Marketing:

    * Delivering analysis of markets, technology, future trends and the competitive environment; translating findings into actionable business tactics and providing recommendations on product differentiation strategies.
    * Identifying and evaluating acquisition or partnership opportunities, presenting recommendations to the management team, and negotiating and closing deals
    * Using quantitative skills and strategic decision-making to drive Hisolve's revenue-generating businesses
    * Working with cross-functional teams to develop business models and plans for new products and programs

Internship Program Specifics:
Hisolve Internships are full-time positions. Start and end dates are flexible with regard to academic schedules, but you'll be expected to commit to at least three months of full-time work. We want to make sure we provide you a valuable learning experience and a deeper understanding of Hisolve's work environment, culture, and delicious food.

Mentoring and Training:
All interns receive ongoing mentorship and training throughout their time at Hisolve. You will be assigned an intern "host" who will inspire you, oversee your work, help you identify project goals, and help you develop as a professional. You will also attend various trainings specific to your group bringing you up to speed on all things Hisolve.
